I Rose With Esperanza

Esperanza Rising was a great book that kept my eyes glues to the pages.  It has a really good message, and should be an example for everyone to follow.  At some parts, it felt like it was going by really slow, and I got distracted, but when it did, it got back on track with something exiting or interesting.  I would recommend this book for girls who like different cultures and that like learning about Mexico.  If there was a sequel, I would definitely read it!
